If you have any issues with an order or find something wrong on the site, please email email@example.com so we can do our best to make it right.
Returned items due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer will be rectified in one of two ways:
1. We will attempt to contact you and re-send with the correct info.
2. The returned item will be cancelled and you will be refunded the cost of your item, minus the original shipping cost.
There will be no refunds for custom orders as we work with art proofs and approvals before going into production. If some of your custom items are damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
