Getting ready to release his third album on Ninjatune, producer Blockhead has really showed the world what he can do without Aesop Rock‘s vocals over his beats. His latest album, The Music Scene, is set to release next week but the moody producer has put together this great 31 minute mega mix of the record. This is a really great mix full of smooth samples, synths and perfectly matched drums. Don’t sleep on this.

None Shall Pass is one of my favorite albums of the 2000s. It has nothing to do with Aesop Rock looking like the homeless version of Pau Gasol that I want to let live in my garage. This record is classic and will be studied at the Hip Hop University for years to come. I love hearing new takes on my favorites so check out this awesome remix from Bossasaurus of None Shall Pass.
