This is way to dope thank you Kronikle

Retro gamer fans and super-genius-robot-programmers/nerds, Jack Elston, Cory Dixon, Maciej Stachura, Chris Eheim and Rob Witoff joined forces to bestow the joys of 4-bit gaming onto 5 little vacuum cleaner robots called “Roombas,” in a project they call Roomba Pacman
In it, Inky, Blinky, Pinky and Clyde autonomously chase the user-controlled Pacbot through a familiar maze filled with little paper dots that the hungry hero of the game must vacuum up. Power pellets reverse the roles of the chasers and the chased, just like in the real game
I don’t know why I have not been doing this, but from here on out Monday will be know as Weekend Review day. Luckily I had a pretty awesome weekend to tell you all about.
Friday I started off at Kenichi with the homey Addiel G and when I started playing guess who showed up, well don’t guess cause you’d never get it. My Fam DJ Marvel and NVS stopped by with Case from Distraction Ent, and DJ White Shadow who they had brought down from Chicago to play at Joyce that night and Vice in Ft Worth on Sat. Friday was very slow for everyone so lets just pretend like it didn’t happen. Just to take your minds off of Friday look at this Dancing Bear
Sat. started pretty early, White Shadow hit me up pretty early and we decided that it was in the world’s best interest that we go to lunch and hang out. I woke NVS up at 10:30 which was probably 15 hours too early for him and he said he needed an hour to get ready; we were without Marvel because he was in route to Cedar Rapids, Ia where he had landed a last min gig. We picked WS up at the Joule and made a quick stop at one of my favorite stores, Kid Robot, where I picked up 2 new Dunnies, Captian Coco, and WS copped two Choop plush toys for his boys.

Lunch went down at Cheesecake Factory, and it was the shit. Since we had a whole day a head of us we went to North Park Mall to show WS how Dallas spends their money. After walking around explaining the different games that us DJs play with our other DJ buddies WS has the brilliant idea that he needs a new bottom grill. Being hood savy my first thought was Big T, but we first had to call that dude Reasonwhy to see if Big T offered same day grill service. Reason Why would know these kinda things, knotalmbot? We get to Big T and WS is amazed at how hood it gets as we were pulling into the parking lot there were there was the stereotypical dudes selling pittbulls, and lil girl doing the latest D Town Boogie moves outside of a Tahoe.
We got inside Big T and the first spot could not offer same day service, so we kept it moving until we stumbled upon this place Now who could pass on this place? Prices were negotiated, and WS reluctantly handed over his cash not being 100% sure he would ever see his grill. He ordered a Gold bottom and a white gold Diamond Cutt grill. See him getting his fit on
With 5 hours to kill before the Grills would be ready we set off towards my crib to 1. stop by NVS’ to get his bag (he was djing that night) and to just kick it at my crib. I’m pretty sure its safe to say that White Shadow loved my house. While he was there we watched football, Rode 4 wheelers, checked out our horses, and talked to my pops. If you haven’t met Pops Trippin yet you are surely missing out. Highlight was my dad saying, “White Shadow, ain’t that the fucking basketball player?”
We pick up the grillz and head to the club, and had dinner. During dinner I had a very dope in depth conversation with WS about DJing and the whole game. He dropped many gems on me and I thank him for that and for picking up the check.
All I can say is that if you’re a promoter and you haven’t booked White Shadow you’ve got problems, if you enjoy DJs and you haven’t heard White Shadow’s mixes you’re failing, and if you’re a DJ and you don’t respect his mustache you are lame. This dude can fucking mix well, he plays what needs to be played at the club, and he is not afraid to throw you a curve ball. I fucking lost it when he dropped Solider Boy by the Shirelles right before going into a Soulja boy track. Then to top that he dropped Friends in Low Places by Garth Brooks, and the place went shit nuts. I’m talking white, black, brown, prep, thug, and douche all singing and dancing to that shit. He ended that night with some crunkness. Paul Wall, Tela, UGK, and boy did he get Crunkuponya. He went as far as to wyld out with a bottle of beer and give me a beer bath. I went home smelling like a drunk tank. Watch him get Crunk
All-in-All I had a great weekend met some new folks and kicked it with a awesome DJ and heck of a dude. Be prepared for many more weekend up dates.
Looks like Kid Robot is dealing with all the fake ass vinyl toy makers head on, so if you in the NYC area drop by and pick me up a toy.
