I couldn’t help getting video of these two folks dancing when I was DJing last week. There was a buy pre-party going on at Kenichi, and I guess these 2 just let the rhythm hit them and they went with it. Do I really need to explain further?

Slacked off a little on the mixes as of late so I figured I would put something together for you all
Be prepared to hear a lil Public Enemy, Common, Biggie, Talib Kweli, Nas, and more.

My man is a sick DJ, and has one of the best jobs in the world; he works the Nike ID studio in the London Nike Town.
Download his mix I assure you that you will love it.

For this Mix I went on a 80s funkish vibe. I start with Nasty Girl by Vanity and just roll on from there.

Thanks for listening.
I first heard of Platurn through the homey DJ Enki, and this dude has skills. I can’t wait to check this mix out!!!

Composed of more than 300 hits from all over the map, “Brain Salad Surgery” is DJ Quickie Mart’s pop music thesis – gone weird science experiment. Unlike Girl Talk, or most other mashup DJs, there is absolutely no added production or stock loops in this project. Everything used in “Brain Salad”, whose title was inspired by a Dr. John lyric, is taken from records that were all commercially released. Also, BSS was mixed and edited by Quickie Mart himself using Technics 1200’s, Serato Scratch Live, and Pro Tools 7. This work truly displays QM’s control behind the turntables, as well as his skill level as a Pro Tools editor and engineer.
Now this is what I call a mixtape. Its done very well and I really never thought to myself “wow another mashup!” To me this just sounds like a classic Mix with Blends and what not. Qucikie Mart has been killing shit for years and hopefully he will start getting a little more shine out in LA. I remember back in late 90s early 2000s hearing about QM from touring with Media Darling. I suggest this mix to people who enjoy pop music and remixes.

I’m only going to warn you all once, but I recently Stumbled on to the Demo Vids, of Dallas’ own DJ Lord Buck and he says that he is coming after Sucka DJs. He also wants us to know that he can Scratch, Transform and Mix with Finesse. Can’t wait to see more from this up and coming DJ. His You Tube info lets us know that he is Available for booking at www.myspace.com/buckdagod and yes folks he will Negotiate his prices, so holler at him while he is still affordable
Do we have the new DJ Jazzy Jeff and Skillz in the making? I think so with just a lil more practice time
This is Lord Buck in practice mode, and he really wants Sucka DJs to know that this is just the Beginning. He has is sharpening the swords and is preparing to sever heads.
This is the video where Lord Buck really wants all these fake ass DJs what is what. He is in the groove and its Turntablism at its best. For real all you bitch made corny ass DJs better watch out when Lord Buck is behind the decks.
