Well, here we go. Sony has released a teaser for a new PS3 God of War game called God of War: Ascension. While there’s no gameplay, the implication seems to be that the game will be a prequel to the original trilogy. After three console games and two handhelds, the God of War series has yet to grow stale or repetitive and I can’t wait to destroy, bludgeon, behead, disembowel, and generally extinguish the life from whatever Sony puts in Kratos’ way this time.
