Can zombies find love too? Gallery Nucleus invites you to find out at a night of bloody romance and undying horror. ZOMBIES IN LOVE gathers artists, art lovers and a zombie enthusiasts to celebrate the undead. The night will come alive with a horrifying spectacle as zombies take over Main Street Alhambra, and staggers forth with a large-scale group exhibition of new and original drawings, paintings, and sculptures by artists from film to fine art. Come dressed in your finest flesh-eating garb and parade the streets in search of fresh brains and true love at the ZOMBIE WALK. The procession will meet at 6:20PM at the corner of Main St. and Atlantic Blvd. The walk begins at 6:30PM – Anyone resembling the living may be fed on immediately. Every participating zombie will get a goodie bag full of surprising gifts. Also, winner of the best zombie costume will win their fill of delicious prizes!
Defend yourself from a zombie attack as we host a first-ever Zombie Shooting Gallery. Thanks to the folks at Steel Hawk Airsoft, you’re now equipped with enough ammunition to bring down the zombies as they try to breach your perimeter. This is a night no living creatures ought to miss! Come and spread the love and infection for it will sure to instill terror into the hearts of the living. Stay undead and stay in love, zombie boys and girls.
Opening Night features include:

  • Zombie Walk at 6:30PM (meet at the corner of Atlantic & Main St.). $2 cover charge but free to those who arrive dressed up or participate in the Zombie Walk.
  • Artist Chris Lane will be signing his book “Zombies: A Record of the Year of Infection.”
  • Free giveaways every hour.
  • Free refreshments.
  • Eat My Taco serving up brain tacos.
  • Live performance by Teen Groov and dancers of Jayvee Dance Studios.
