I’ve only had T-Mobile and AT&T as cellular service providers and I 1000% prefer the customer service and cellular service I get from AT&T. I’ve never had a problem with getting cell reception, even when I travel, but I know there are many who are still not satisfied with the service AT&T provides. In an effort to improve their service, AT&T has developed the Mark the Spot iPhone app. The app is designed so that customers can notify AT&T of a problem within a particular area where they are using the iPhone.
