Listen up Metroplex!! Arlington is offering up some delicious digs for a fair price over at Potager. How fair are the prices? You decide what to pay for your meal so how can it ever be unfair? All dishes are made from scratch and produced fresh each day. The restaurant strives to use local, in-season and preferably organic ingredients. Diners should not waste food and are encouraged to take only the amount they want to eat and may come back for more. Diners are encouraged to give feedback about their meal. The establishment will consider all comments, adjust recipes accordingly, offer favorite dishes more often and vice versa. Patrons shall pay what they think a meal is worth. Entrees such as smoked salmon quiche, bacon-wrapped meatloaf with pan gravy, and salad with sherry vinaigrette, bleu cheese crumbles & walnuts are offered. This place sounds super yum and I can’t wait for my next Dallas trip to try it out! Oh yeah! It’s cash only so don’t forget to hit the ATM before you go and stuff your face. Bon appetit!
